  Patrick Melancon is a Senior Product Manager at GeoComm with over 16 years of experience as a leader of projects and processes specific to the GIS data needs of state and local government. He participates in multiple NENA work groups and the NSGIC NG9-1-1 Committee and NSGIC Address and Transportation Committee. Patrick is a certified GIS Professional.
  Karl Larsen is a Senior Product Manager for GeoComm. Karl focuses on innovatively utilizing map data to improve location accuracy on the 9-1-1 call takers’ map. Karl routinely collaborates with public safety and GIS professionals to understand user needs and apply this knowledge to GeoComm solutions.
